Egyptian Marathon, 42 km, Luxor, 12 February 2010

For years I have wanted to participate in this race but the ice skating season always kept
me in Sweden. Now it was time for a change.

A very nice event with lots of local residents watching and cheering.

20 skaters stood on the starting line the next day.

The fame lasted only for a short while.

After the prize ceremony I was invited to go with the german group from TNS* to the boat
they had rented to bring them back to the hotel where we all were staying.
